Zero Emission Development (ZED)
· A growing number of initiatives, buildings, organizations, neighborhoods, cities or provinces strive to become carbon-neutral. It is generally agreed that new buildings have to compensate for wasteful old buildings, and that much more aggressive standards must be met. MpH is a ZED building.
